Shipping and Returns Policies

Pre-Orders

The Reset Station device is currently in pre production status.  Any orders placed for this device will be fulfilled once the first run of production devices is ready - this currently expected to be September 2024.  Any changes to this fulfilment date will be notified to you via the purchasing email address

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within five working days, if we expect any delay in this, you will be notified by email

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Customize the following: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All order over £100 will receive free shipping.  Order under £100 will have shipping rates shown at checkout.  Note that all deliveries utilize the courier services full insurance schemes and will require a signature upon receipt.

Next Day Courier Service - £9.95

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses are not accepted.

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
A shipping confirmation email will be sent at the time of dispatch with tracking details, when available.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Looks Like Life Ltd (t/a Reset Station) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Looks Like Life Ltd (t/a Reset Station) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us and we will work with you and the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
We do not presently ship any items outside of the UK
